Day-Wise SSB Interview Guide

Day 1: Screening Test
- OIR Test: Verbal & non-verbal reasoning (50 questions, 30 minutes)
- PPDT: Picture Perception & Discussion Test
- Write a story based on the picture (4 minutes)
- Group Discussion on the story (30 minutes)
- Result: Only shortlisted candidates proceed
Day 2: Psychology Tests
- TAT: Thematic Apperception Test (12 pictures, 4 minutes each)
- WAT: Word Association Test (60 words, 15 seconds each)
- SRT: Situation Reaction Test (60 situations, 30 minutes)
- SD: Self-Description (5 questions)

Day 3: GTO - Part 1
- Group Discussion: 3 topics (15 minutes each)
- Group Planning Exercise: Plan a task with a group
- Progressive Group Task: 4 obstacles to cross
- Group Obstacle Race: Physical team task

Day 4: GTO - Part 2 & Interview
- Half Group Task: Smaller group task
- Individual Obstacles: Personal physical tasks

- Personal Interview: 30-45 minutes
